Web design in Krakow – a website that brings customers from Google

Web design in Krakow for owners who need more than a page that just sits there. I build the site and set up the Google Business Profile that feeds it, so the two work as one. You deal with one person from the first call to launch.

FrontendMe – websites and Google Business Profiles, Krakow

Sound familiar?

See whether you recognize your business in any of these.

You have a website, but no customers come from itThe address exists, the enquiries do not – the phone is quiet and the inbox is empty.
Competitors are ahead of you in Google MapsCompanies doing weaker work rank above you, because their Google Business Profile is set up better.
You want to fix it but do not know where to startThe tech, the time and the uncertainty about what actually works – that is what blocks the first step.
You have a website, but no time to run itArticles are waiting, images are not optimized, updates are overdue. The site stands still instead of pulling customers in.
If even one of those is a “yes”, I will take it off your hands: websites and Google Business Profiles for small businesses in and around Krakow. Even when customers come to you by word of mouth – before they call, they still look you up in Google. What they see there is either you, or your competitor.

Websites and Google Business Profiles in Krakow – what I actually do

Running a business eats your day, so I stick to the two things that move the needle: a website that brings in enquiries, and a Google Business Profile that works in your favour.

I work with local service businesses – law firms, contractors, clinics. Not corporations, and not stores with thousands of products.

I am based in Krakow and work with businesses across the Krakow region. If your company is registered in Poland but you would rather handle the whole project in English, that is how most of my remote work already runs.

Already have a site? I can take over running it and publishing your articles — from €85 net per month.

"Working with Michał was pleasant and very fast. It started with going through what I needed and expected from the website, then came the design, and from the design to the site going live took literally a few days. He listens carefully and turns the client requirements into finished solutions, often suggesting what else could be added so the result brings the most benefit. What the websites I build look like

The clearest thing I can show you is the work itself and what came of it. Here are a few examples of businesses I helped get found online.

Website for an air conditioning company – acref.pl

Migrated off Joomla to Astro, then split into service and location pages

Screenshot - Website for an air conditioning company – acref.pl

acref.pl ran on an outdated Joomla install and lived on a single address. I rebuilt it in Astro and then split it up: seven services and six towns served, each with its own page. Year over year, comparing the same season, impressions in Google grew 17×.

Website and Google profile for a toolroom – ZBKT Krakow

B2B metal machining, with the offer split into individual processes

Screenshot - Website and Google profile for a toolroom – ZBKT Krakow

A toolroom near Krakow, in business since 1970: injection moulds, stamping dies, CNC and EDM machining. Instead of one combined offer page, every process got its own, because a technical buyer searches for the name of the operation they need done. Three months after measurement started, the site had brought 230 visits from search.

Website for an engineering design office – Involutech

Machines and tooling for industry, laboratories and museums – four areas on one site

Screenshot - Website for an engineering design office – Involutech

Involutech designs and builds machines, equipment and tooling: from the concept through a prototype to series production. The company works in several areas at once – a design office, conservation equipment for museums and archives, and industrial automation. The site gives each area its own place so it reaches its own audience. Built in Astro with content in Sanity, with an English version for clients abroad.

Website for a law firm – Next.js

A polished site built with later expansion in mind

Screenshot - Website for a law firm – Next.js

A website for a legal counsel, built from scratch in Next.js. The style is understated and the message is plain, aimed at people looking for serious legal help. The structure is set up so pages can be added later without a rebuild.

What changed for clients

What visibility in Google looks like after a few months

Two companies, two industries, the same measurement tools. The numbers come from Google Search Console and the Google Business Profile.

Some of those impressions are citations in AI Overviews – the answers Google writes above the results. A handful of sources make it in there, not ten entries from a list. I measure every client the same way. See what local SEO involves.

No paperwork you do not need

How building your website works, step by step

You always know where you stand – every stage is spelled out.

1

Call, proposal and plan

No surprises – you know what you pay for and when it happens

A free call: I learn what your business does and what you need. Together we settle the pages and what goes on them (links to sites you like speed this up a lot). You get a clear quote and a schedule. Once you accept – a short contract and a 20% deposit.

2

Domain, hosting and the first version

Your domain stays yours. Hosting matched to your site

I advise on the domain (you buy it in your own name) and on hosting. Then I build the first version of the homepage, which you can follow as it goes. You approve the design, I finish the rest.

Training, launch and final invoice

You edit content yourself – no developer for every small change

Training on the admin panel, launch on the server, final handover. You pay the balance against an invoice with a 5-day term. The site is live and you are comfortable running it day to day.

Payments you can follow – you pay for work that is done, with control at every stage.

Frequently asked questions about websites

Prices, timelines and how we work together on websites and Google Business Profiles

Do I need a website

I have a Google Business Profile and a Facebook page. Why do I need a website?

The profile wins short searches in Maps and shows your phone number, but it will not answer questions about scope, prices and past work – that is what the link to your site is for. For one of my clients, an air conditioning company, 23 people tapped the phone number straight from the profile in four months, and 16 more went from it to the website with the enquiry form. Facebook, in turn, does not show up in Google the way a website does, and it is not yours – its owner changes the rules and the reach. The two work best together: the profile brings people in, the site convinces them.

Do I need a website

My clients come from referrals. Why would I need a website?

A referral rarely turns into a call straight away. More than 80% of people look a company up online before they dial – they type the name into Google and see what comes back. If nothing comes back, or they land on a profile from years ago, that same recommendation can end up with a competitor who is visible. A site and a profile do not replace referrals, they close them: they show your work, your reviews and your scope before anyone decides to call.

Prices

What does a website in Krakow cost?

A one-page site starts at €490 net, a business website with a CMS at €1100 net, and a site with local SEO and a Google Business Profile at €2950 net. Polish VAT (23%) is added where it applies, and invoices are issued in PLN. The full list of packages and add-ons is on the pricing page.

Prices

What is in the price? Are hosting and the domain included?

Every package includes a site that looks right on a phone and on a desktop, an SSL certificate (the padlock next to the address), a cookie consent banner, a page where you put your own privacy policy, optimized images, and submitting the site to Google so customers can find it. An admin panel for editing content yourself, a portfolio gallery or a blog depend on the package you pick. Hosting and the domain you pay for directly at the provider; putting the site on the server is on me.

Timeline

How long does it take to build a website?

A one-page site is usually 1–2 weeks, a business website 3–4 weeks, and the local SEO package 6–8 weeks. We agree the date at the start and it goes into the schedule.

Working together

How do payment and the contract work?

We start with a free call, and you get a quote with a schedule within 24 hours. Once you accept, we sign a short contract and you pay a 20% deposit. The balance is settled after handover, against an invoice with a 5-day payment term.

Working together

Freelancer or agency – which is better for a small business?

With a freelancer you talk directly to the person building your site – no salespeople in between, which keeps the cost down and the decisions fast. An agency makes sense for large projects that need a whole team. For a small business site, compare the portfolio and the reviews; those tell you the most.

Working together

Do I get support after the site goes live?

Yes. At handover you get training on the admin panel. If you would rather not touch the site yourself, I run it under ongoing care from €85 net per month: updates, backups and technical fixes. The higher tier also covers publishing your articles with SEO in mind.

I work out of Krakow, from Bieżanów-Prokocim, a few minutes from Dolina Kurczaba park. Aleksandry park, Jerzmanowskich park and the green strip on Lili Wenedy are all nearby – if you would rather talk the project through on a walk than across a desk, those are good places to meet. Podgórze, Płaszów and Nowa Huta are all a short drive away.

Clients from the other side of the city I usually meet in Czyżyny, near the Łęg power plant – the most recognizable chimneys in Krakow – or close to Selgros. Inside Krakow I come to you; with towns further out in the region I work remotely, and a video call plus the phone covers it.
