AI Overviews – which pages Google cites in AI answers
Search Console now shows how many times a site appeared in AI answers. I checked it on two client sites – here is which pages get cited, and why those ones.
Local SEO means a website optimized for your city and a Google Business Profile working together. For companies in Krakow that want customers nearby to find them in Google and pick up the phone.

Check whether any of these situations sound familiar.
Local SEO is not one activity – it is two channels that reinforce each other.
A website optimized for local searches (for example „dentist Krakow”, „attorney-at-law Krowodrza”). Each page targets a different phrase. Meta tags, headings, copy and schema.org all line up – Google understands what you do and where you do it.
Your company profile in Google Maps and in the local block (the Local Pack). A customer searches for a service in your city and sees your company with its rating, opening hours and a one-tap call button.
It fits you if:
It works well for: law firms, doctors, clinics, construction and renovation companies, repair services, restaurants, hairdressers, air conditioning companies.
Approach it differently if:
If you are not sure, give me a call – ten minutes is enough to judge whether local SEO makes sense in your case.
Two companies, two industries, the same measurement tools. The figures come from Google Search Console and the Google Business Profile, as of 26 August 2026.
17× more
seasonal service business
That is how much impressions of the site in Google grew: 5,770 against 339 a year earlier. Same season both years, May through August.
23 times someone tapped the phone number straight from the profile, against 3 times in the same period a year earlier. Plus 16 visits to the site with the enquiry form.
„I had no idea there would be this many calls.”
230 visits
manufacturing, metal machining
Visits from search since measurement started in June 2026. The pace keeps climbing: August passed all of July after 24 days.
230 people reached the page with the enquiry form, and another 79 went there straight from the Google Business Profile. That is how many times someone had the company on screen and could get in touch.
„(…) the site and the profile are already bringing in the first enquiries and new clients.”
These are visibility numbers: how often the company showed up in Google and how many people clicked. How much of that turned into calls and enquiries only the client knows – which is why I quote what they said next to the figures.

A multi-page business website plus optimization of your Google Business Profile. A one-off build – full local visibility from day one.
Monthly care for your Google Business Profile – posts, monitoring, responding to reviews. You can add it to a website you already have.
You will find the full comparison of website packages on the website design page. The quote for the profile depends on the city and on how competitive your industry is.
One short call is enough – I will check your local visibility and propose specific steps with a price.
No obligation. You get a price range and a recommendation.
„Michał built me a professional website and a Google Business Profile, and he looks after both of them on an ongoing basis. (…) Working together was quick and trouble-free.”
Local SEO in the website plus Google Business Profile variant starts at €2950 net. That covers a business website optimized for your city and the optimization of your Google Business Profile. Prices are net – Polish VAT of 23% is added where it applies. Prices are in euro; the invoice is issued in PLN at the National Bank of Poland rate.
Local SEO is the work that makes your company show up in Google when somebody searches for a service in a specific city – for example „attorney-at-law Krakow” or „air conditioning Krakow”. It covers optimizing the website for local searches and configuring the Google Business Profile. Regular SEO can target nationwide phrases; local SEO focuses on your own area.
Yes. There is a one-off profile optimization (€225 net) and a monthly plan (from €190/month). That said, the profile and the website together work far better than either on its own – Google rewards a consistent presence in both channels.
The Google Business Profile moves first – often within four to eight weeks of the optimization. A website usually needs three to six months before Google indexes and rewards the new content. Visibility grows steadily; this is an investment, not a one-off boost.
It works best for service businesses with a fixed location: law firms, medical practices, clinics, construction and air conditioning companies, hairdressers, restaurants. It works less well for companies with no physical location or with a purely nationwide offer.
You do not – I can build the website, optimize it for local searches straight away and configure the Google Business Profile. That is easier than doing it in two separate steps, and it keeps everything consistent from the start.
I will check how visible your company is in Google and in Maps, propose specific steps and give you a price. No strings attached.

Notes on websites, Google Business Profiles and getting found online, based on data from sites I actually run.

Search Console now shows how many times a site appeared in AI answers. I checked it on two client sites – here is which pages get cited, and why those ones.

You run a business online and wonder whether a Google Business Profile makes sense? I explain when it is worth setting one up, and when you can skip it.

What does an air conditioning company website need? A gallery of completed jobs, local SEO, a list of services – and what it costs. An example from Krakow: migrating acref.pl from Joomla to Astro.
I am based in Krakow and work with businesses across southern Poland, and remotely with the rest of the country. A video call and the phone cover it. Prices on this site are in euro – that is the figure you agree to; the invoice comes from a business registered in Poland and is issued in PLN at the National Bank of Poland rate.
Write what you do and which towns you want to be visible in. I will send back a plan and a price within one working day.
