Case studies with before and after, and with the numbers that came out of them. Every figure says what it actually measures — a click on a phone number is a click, not an answered call — plus the period it covers and where it comes from.
Migrated off Joomla to Astro, then split into service and location pages

acref.pl ran on an outdated Joomla install and lived on a single address. I rebuilt it in Astro and then split it up: seven services and six towns served, each with its own page. Year over year, comparing the same season, impressions in Google grew 17×.
B2B metal machining, with the offer split into individual processes

A toolroom near Krakow, in business since 1970: injection moulds, stamping dies, CNC and EDM machining. Instead of one combined offer page, every process got its own, because a technical buyer searches for the name of the operation they need done. Three months after measurement started, the site had brought 230 visits from search.
Machines and tooling for industry, laboratories and museums – four areas on one site

Involutech designs and builds machines, equipment and tooling: from the concept through a prototype to series production. The company works in several areas at once – a design office, conservation equipment for museums and archives, and industrial automation. The site gives each area its own place so it reaches its own audience. Built in Astro with content in Sanity, with an English version for clients abroad.
A polished site built with later expansion in mind

A website for a legal counsel, built from scratch in Next.js. The style is understated and the message is plain, aimed at people looking for serious legal help. The structure is set up so pages can be added later without a rebuild.
A full pass over the profile for better visibility in local results

I went through the whole Google Business Profile for a legal counsel: completing every company detail, adding proper photos, and rewriting the description and business categories. The profile is now easier to find in local search and brings in more enquiries. I keep optimizing it under a monthly subscription.
PHP and plugin updates, plus performance tuning
The photographer site was responsive and reasonably quick, but PHP and the plugins were overdue for an update. I updated the whole stack and made small visual changes that noticeably sped up loading.
