Who monthly management is for, and who it is not for
It makes sense when:
- the profile is one of your main sources of enquiries from the internet,
- the profile is already set up properly and you want someone keeping on top of it,
- you have no time to write posts, add photos and answer every review yourself,
- you want a fixed, predictable cost for looking after the profile.
In that situation, monthly management takes the recurring work off you while developing a channel that is already producing.
Something else fits better when:
- your profile is not really set up yet – a one-off optimization comes first,
- Google is not an important channel for winning customers in your case,
- you only want a single clean-up, with no ongoing work on the profile.
We can always start with the one-off optimization and move to ongoing work later, once you can see the potential.
What does Google Business Profile management cost?

What does Google Business Profile management cost?
Monthly management starts at €190 net per month. That covers four posts a month, adding photos and updates, position and competitor analysis, handling reviews, and one NAP directory listing. Billed monthly with no long contract, invoiced in PLN.
How is management different from a one-off optimization?
The one-off optimization is the proper setup: categories, description, photos, services, local keywords and the first posts. Management is ongoing care – regular posts, updates, position and competitor analysis, working with reviews. A common route is optimization first, then moving onto management.
Can I stop at any point?
Yes, there is no long contract. Monthly billing means you can stop at the end of any billing period. Just let me know beforehand.
How many posts a month are included?
The standard plan includes four posts a month on the profile, plus position analysis, adding photos and updates, competitor monitoring, handling reviews and one NAP directory listing a month. We settle the details at the start – if you need more posts, we can adjust.
Does management include the one-off optimization at the start?
The monthly plan runs a profile that is already set up. If yours is thin or brand new, it is worth doing the one-off optimization first and then moving onto the plan – the posts and updates work much better that way.
