Something else fits better when:
- you need an advanced ecommerce system (warehouse or ERP integrations, several languages and currencies),
- you plan thousands of products and serious filtering – then it is worth talking about something built to measure,
- selling online is not really the goal and you just want to present the offer – a business website is enough.
In those cases it is better to talk about a bespoke project, or to start with a larger business website.

Costs that stay on your side
Beyond the price of the site itself, budget for:
- Domain + hosting – usually around €25–50 a year, depending on the provider and the plan. For a store it is worth considering a stronger hosting package.
- Privacy policy and terms – a store needs terms of sale, a privacy policy and rules for returns and complaints. This is not a formality: a bad clause in the terms is an unfair term and a real risk of proceedings. Take it to a qualified lawyer before you start selling – usually around €50–175, more with a wide catalogue or cross-border sales.
- Payment gateways (PayU, Przelewy24 and similar) – activation fees and commissions are settled directly with the payment provider. There are often introductory offers (free activation, lower commission) – I help with the setup, but the fee itself depends on the plan you pick with them.

A store's documents are a bigger matter than a business card site, because they cover selling to consumers, returns and complaints – they should come from a qualified lawyer, or from a template a law firm publishes. What do the Start and Custom versions cost?
The Start version starts at €1200 net and the Custom version with a bespoke design from €3250 net. The Custom version has no product limit, so the final figure depends on the scope and I quote it individually after a call. Polish VAT (23%) is added where it applies and invoices are issued in PLN. How many products does the starter version cover?
The starter version assumes a limited number of products and categories – enough to launch sensibly without complicating the admin panel. We agree the exact number together, based on what you sell.
Can I extend the store with more products and features later?
Yes. WooCommerce is flexible – you can add products and categories, and later extend the store with more features (payment integrations, stock management, a newsletter).
Do you help with configuring payments and shipping?
Yes. Launching the starter version includes going through the standard payment and shipping methods, so a customer can finish an order without trouble.
Do I need an existing website first?
