Setting up a mailbox on your domain at a hosting provider (home.pl, cyberFolks, OVH and others): MX, SPF, DKIM records. For companies that already have hosting and want to add mail to it. Quoted individually.

What does the business email setup include?

Setting up mail on your own domain in Google Workspace or Proton.me: accounts, MX/SPF/DKIM records, forwarding. From €100 net. The signature can be added on top (plus €70 net) – then instead of two separate jobs you get one consistent rollout.

Google Workspace or Proton.me – which one?

Google Workspace (from around €6 per account per month) is the sensible pick if you already use Gmail and the Google tools (Drive, Meet, Docs). Proton.me (from around €3.99 per month) leads on privacy and end-to-end encryption – a good fit for law firms and anyone who cares about confidential correspondence. I work with both, and on a call I will help you pick.

What does an email signature cost?

The signature is €70 net for the design (logo, details, links) – as an add-on to the email setup, or on its own. The price can move with more versions (with or without a photo, several languages) and extra revisions – I quote those individually.

Do I need a logo already to order a signature?

Ideally yes – then the signature matches the rest of your materials. If you have no logo, I can propose a simple text signature, or a logo design first (a separate service).

Do you configure email at any provider?

Yes – mail on your domain can be set up at various hosts (home.pl, cyberFolks, OVH and so on) or in Google Workspace / Microsoft 365. I need access to the domain DNS or the mail panel; I quote once the details are settled.

Can these be combined with a website or logo project?

Yes. Clients often order a site or a logo and then add the email signature or the mail configuration. Everything ends up consistent and in one place.
